Press Information
AL APRILE, constantly up-to-date journalist, very expert of the international music scene, a sensible collector of records, magazines and rock memorabilia, a disc-jockey and radio programmer, among the early founders of Radio Popolare in Milano, attentive concert-goer, but constantly attentive to all new trends in music creation and in the music business.

But not only: a musician himself, author, guitar player and singer of a music style completely of his own, which might be defined country-rock-blues, had just finished the recordings included in this album and was preparing with his band a series of promotional gigs, when his danger-looking and unlucky life came suddenly to its end.

This record is then his testimony, for his many friends who remember him with love and frienship, of his personal music project, which unfortunately could never set to flight.

AL APRILE, a young myth, victim of his own impatience for living, for experimenting, for exceeding, for going always a bit further, sometimes too far, a man who will remain forever young with this first and last record.
